“Listings on Google My Business can only be created for businesses that either have a physical location that customers can visit or that travel to visit customers where they are.” – This is true as your customers are welcome to visit your physical centre location and judging from the product you’ve bought, you will probably also travel to visit customers.
“Service-area businesses can't list a "virtual" office unless that office is staffed during opening hours.” – all our locations are staffed during normal opening hours.
Whilst our Virtual Office Addresses technically meet the criteria for a Google My Business listing, there may be instances where customers are not able to list their location.
Usually this is allowed, however you will need to check the requirements with the relevant country law, as there may be extra requirements and charges associated.
The receptionist will greet them, and explain that you are not on the premises today and take a message for you.

Yes, there is a compliance process – this can differ country by country depending on regulation and usually requires a minimum of you providing proof of ID, address and company registration information before we are able to handle your mail.
The team at your Virtual Office Address will hold your mail and you can come in to collect it during normal opening hours – typically 9am to 5:30 pm but may vary according to your location.
For an additional monthly cost you can have your mail forwarded on a daily, weekly or monthly basis to an address of your choice.

Within 24 hours of signing up to your plan, you will be contacted by the team at your Virtual Office Address to get your services set up.
A qualified professional receptionist will answer all calls in your compamy name and will provide a key extension of your business as the first person that clients talk to.
All calls are handled by our centralised call handling team.
For an additional monthly cost you can choose a premium call answering package where calls are answered using your company greeting.
The caller's name and reason for calling is then taken and the receptionist will contact you and ask if the call should be put through.
If you decide not to take the call, the receptionist will take a note from the customer.

You will receive a local phone number and three named contacts on your Virtual Office Assist account.
All calls are answered in your company name and will be transferred to a nominated number or voicemail.
As a Virtual Office Mobile or Workspace customer, you have access to over 2,500 business lounges in 100 countries around the world.
You can use the Rovva search feature to find a location near to you.
You are welcome to use a business lounge all day.
The community meeting room can be booked for a maximum of two hours – one booking per day.
Use of the lounge is limited to just the individual with the Virtual Office plan.
If you book a meeting room or day office then of course you're welcome to bring a visitor.
You don't need to book a business lounge but we do recommend that you let the centre team know you're visiting the day before as in some buildings there is additional building security.
You have complementary access to book the community meeting room in your "home" centre which is bookable on the day for up to two hours on a first come first served basis.
You are able to book a day office for the day and receive a 10% discount for meeting room bookings.
Yes you can do this at any time.
You can transfer your existing Virtual Office plan to another participating location if a different address works better for you.
You will incur an activation fee when transferring your plan to a different address. Your monthly charge may also increase if you choose a more expensive location.
You can choose to increase your agreement term to reduce your monthly payment and also upgrade to any of our other plans.
Billing is based on a pro-rata basis.
You pay for the next month of your Virtual Office plan before the month begins.
Any costs incurred for services used during the current month are added to your bill.
We offer monthly, 6 month, 12 month and 24 month agreement terms.
Most providers ask for a minimum 6 month commitment.
You can start your agreement on any day during the month and we will pro-rata the monthly fee for the first month.
Subsequent monthly payments are taken at the end of each calendar month.
We charge a one-time activation fee to cover the set-up of your services by our in-centre teams.
They will be on hand to manage the whole process for you; arranging your call answering, setting-up your mail handling, and depending on your location, some documentation needs to be notarised to follow postal and compliance regulations.
The fee will differ depending upon location and country, and will be shown at the payment stage once you have selected your Virtual Office address.
The activation fee will be included in the first month’s payment of your Virtual Office plan.
Once your plan is beyond our 30-day money back guarantee period, the activation fee cannot be refunded.
