We charge a one-time activation fee to cover the set-up of your services by our in-centre teams.
They will be on hand to manage the whole process for you; arranging your call answering, setting-up your mail handling, and depending on your location, some documentation needs to be notarised to follow postal and compliance regulations.
The fee will differ depending upon location and country, and will be shown at the payment stage once you have selected your Virtual Office address.
The activation fee will be included in the first month’s payment of your Virtual Office plan.
Once your plan is beyond our 30-day money back guarantee period, the activation fee cannot be refunded.
